A customer with branches in several cities needed standby generators serviced on a regular schedule, with a clear route for breakdowns and one point of contact instead of many local vendors.
Our role
AXITRADE coordinated the programme: building the asset register, planning visits by site cluster and managing qualified service providers in each area.
Delivery approach
