These terms govern use of this public website only. They do not replace customer-specific commercial terms for supply, international shipments, maintenance, renovation or staffing.

3. Website information

Content is general information. Product categories, examples, services, markets and descriptions do not guarantee availability, suitability, stock, delivery time, export eligibility, price or order acceptance. Final details are confirmed in a written quotation, order confirmation or contract.

4. Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry does not create a contract or oblige AXITRADE to accept a request. Quotations are subject to stated validity, assumptions, exclusions, availability and terms. An order is accepted only as described in the applicable quotation or contract.

5. Product information

Names, marks, specifications and images may be supplied by manufacturers or third parties and are for identification unless expressly stated otherwise. Confirm specifications, compatibility, certifications, warranty and intended use before ordering.

6. Import/export

International transactions are subject to supplier confirmation and applicable customs, trade, permits, product restrictions, documentation, sanctions, tax, inspection and destination-country rules. Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, risk transfer and delivery responsibilities must be stated in transaction documents. AXITRADE does not promise that every product can be exported to every destination.

7. Services and projects

Maintenance, renovation, project coordination and resource services are provided only within agreed scope. Contracts define deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, access, service levels, safety, permits, third-party roles, schedules, prices and change control. Website descriptions are not service-level guarantees.

8. Staffing

Personnel arrangements require a separate written agreement defining responsibilities, supervision, employment/engagement model, payments, hours, insurance, safety, replacements and compliance. Website use alone creates no employment or agency relationship.

9. Prices, payment, tax and delivery

Unless confirmed in a written quotation or contract, the site does not establish price, payment deadline, tax treatment, delivery date, freight arrangement or return right.

10. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website content is owned by or licensed to AXITRADE. You may view and print it for legitimate internal evaluation. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission, except as permitted by law.
